Every paid IPTV Meezzy plan comes with a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we'll refund 100% of what you paid — no forms, no follow-ups, no rejection emails dressed up as customer service.
2. Why We Don't Refund After 24 Hours
The free 24-hour trial is built into every plan. It runs the same servers, the same channel list and the same picture quality you'd get on a paid subscription. So you can fully test IPTV Meezzy before paying a cent. Once you've moved past the 24-hour money-back window, you've already had two full days to decide whether the service works for you.
3. How To Request A Refund
The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp at the number shown on the contact page. Tell us:
- The email address on your IPTV Meezzy account
- The order ID or payment confirmation reference
- (Optional) why it didn't work for you — feedback helps us fix things
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an extra few days to land back on your statement.
4. Trial Refunds
The free 24-hour trial doesn't take a card, so there's nothing to refund — your trial simply ends after 24 hours unless you choose to subscribe.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes

6. Promotional & Discounted Plans

7. Service Outages
If a documented service outage on our end stops you from using IPTV Meezzy for an extended period, contact us. We'll typically extend your subscription by the outage duration as a goodwill credit.
8. Local Consumer Law
This refund policy doesn't override mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country. EU/UK consumers, in particular, have additional cooling-off rights under their local distance-selling regulations — those still apply.
